Testing

Automatic testing of a sub-assembly : The image below has been developed to automatically test the correct operation of a sub-assembly before it is assembled into a final product. It was the customer’s wish to use clear indicator lights and robust push buttons. An intelligent microcontroller board performs a number of customer-specific test steps.

Hand-held tester : A small battery-powered handheld tester that can be used to test the correct functioning of a sensor assembly at the push of a button before installing this component. Despite the simple one-button operation, there is still a lot of internal testing before an OK status appears.

Auto firmware upgrade : The tester set below has been developed together with the company Whitebream from Oud-Beijerland. The customer wanted a small tabletop upgrade device for automatic upgrade and testing of a specific wireless device.

The whole is delivered in a nice case that also has room for a barcode reader plus other accessories.

Duration testing : This setup has been testing the behavior of four controllers for days. Various errors can be simulated with switches. A small raspberry pi was used to log and graphically display the test results.
